地方学院综合化中的教师教育模式探新

摘要：在地方升本高校中，有一批以师范教育为主的高校随着高等教育大众化的发展开始进入综合化过程中。如何在这一过程中改革传统的师范教育，适应现代教师教育体制改革要求，不断提升教师教育水平，是地方升本高校综合化面临的一个紧迫任务。本文分析了此类高校在这一过程中的资源优势和不足，提出了新的教师教育模式，为解决综合化趋势中的教师教育问题提供了可资借鉴的启示。

总结：1、我国高等师范教育正在向开放型体系发展。过去单一的师范教育体系逐步为师范教育，非师范教育和综合性大学教师教育体系所取代。这一模式的基本结构是“4+x”人才培养形态。

2、“4+x”模式的基本特点是：（1）突出了学术性；（2）教师教育的非定向性为理性地选择教师职业创造了条件；（3）有利于提升师范专业研究能力。

3、要完成到现代教师教育体系的转变，首先必须完成好高师教育由专科到本科的转变。在这一转变中，不仅要解决学科专业培养质量问题，而且要解决师范教育专业培养质量问题。同时，从传统的本科师范教育转入到现代教师教育体系是由其革命性的，具体表现为：突破传统教师教育的一统格局，建立具有竞争性的教师教育机制，形成多元化教师教育体系。

5、在综合化过程中其师范性逐渐向综合化转化中有其有利性：（1）夯实教师教育的学术基础，并为教师教育模式创新提供学术养料；（2）有利于人优化教师教育的专业结构，改变传统师范教育专业面过窄的弊端，提升教师教育的职业化水平；（3）有利于教师教育多样化发展，对丰富教师教育资源，创造新的教师教育模式具有十分重要的影响。

6、地方学院综合化中的教师教育模式创新必须从实际出发，坚持既适应教师教育体制改革的竞争发展要求，又具有自身特色的原则。其教师教育模式创新的基本结构为“3+x”和“4+y”两种形态。“3+x”模式主要以培养初中师资为指向。而“4+y”培养模式主要是着眼于培养普通高级中学和各类职业技术中等专业学校师资。

A Probe to the Teacher Education Mode in the Comprehensive Development of Regional Colleges

Abstract: Among the colleges for undergraduate courses upgraded from regional colleges a group of those based on teacher education are beginning their comprehensive development with the popularization of higher education .Have to reform the traditional teacher education in order to adapt to the requirement for mode reform of modem teacher education and to prove teacher education level is an urgent task for the comprehensive development of those colleges for undergraduate courses upgraded from regional colleges .This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of those colleges, this process put forward a new mode for teacher education and provides useful inspirations to solve the problems existing in the teacher education in the comprehensive development.
