摘 要: 21世纪,人才的竞争日趋激烈,优质教育资源的需求日益增高,这些都对教师和校长的素质与能力提出了更高的要求。如何培养名师名校长便成为新时期一个重大的课题。科学地规划培训目标,精心地设置培训内容,持续地创新培训模式,及时地完善培训过程,从而构建一个培养名师名校长乃至未来教育家的培训体系。设立名师名校长工作站,创新名师名校长培训体系,是培养名师名校长的一种尝试和探索。

Abstract: In the 21st century, the competition of the talents is gradually fierce, the demand for the quality educational resource is increasing, which brings up higher requirements for the quality and ability of teachers and headmasters. How to cultivate famous teachers and headmasters has become a great task in the new period. We should scientifically plan the training objective, set up training contents with utmost care, continuously bring forth new ideas to the training mode, and timely perfect the training course so as to construct a training system of cultivating famous teachers and headmasters and even future educators. To establish workstation of famous teachers and headmasters and bring forth new ideas to the training system of famous teachers and headmasters is a kind of attempt or exploration to cultivate famous teachers and headmasters.
