校长培训基地专业规范研究

摘 要:本文在总结上海市浦东新区校长培训基地的实践和成果基础上,从校长培训基地的目标与校长专业发展目标相结合的角度,提出了校长培训基地的总体目标和六项领导力目标,讨论校长培训基地专业规范制订的行动指引,以期创建一种更为合适的校长培训基地的运作方式。

总结:一、笔者对上海市浦东新区的校长培训基地建设的考察始于2008年。通过研究,发现浦东新区的校长培训基地建设已形成一套较完备的制度体系以及较健全的考核机制,有利于推进校长培训基地的专业规范研究。
二、总体而言,浦东新区校长培训基地大致可归纳出以下三方面特点:
首先是校长培训基地的实践效能。其次是校长培训基地的价值取向。再次是校长培训基地的行动方式。
三、正是基于以上认识,我们试图在探究校长培训基地专业规范的基础上,尤其是在探究上海市浦东新区相关实践和成果的基础上,从校长培训基地的发展规范和专业指引、校长培训基地的目标和校长专业发展目标相结合出发,提出总体目标和六项领导力目标,并且从任务内容和行动要素两个方面,为校长培训基地制订具有专业规范的行动指引。
Research on Professional Norms of School-Based Training Station for School Principals

Abstract: Research on professional orientation of training station for school principals is based on summarizing and modifying corresponding practices and achievements, especially on the experiences and achievements from Pudong new district. The Research emphasizes the development norms and professional orientation of training station for school principals. It strives to combine goals of
training station with targets of professional development of principals. The overall goal and six items of leadership power have been put forward. The action orientation with professional norms has been constructed for training station. It aims at creating new forms of management and leadership which embody characters and operations of communities.
