校长培训模式探析

摘要：校长培训模式体现了校长培训价值取向与操作方式相统一，具有层次性．多元性、可迁移性等不同于普通成人培训模式的特点。应在理清培训的价值取向的基础上，高度关注区域校长培训标准的制定与执行．通过建立分类分层教育管理课程体系，构建以系统思考为指向的培训模式。

总结：一、校长培训模式的内涵及要素。

校长培训模式是指在一定的教育思想、校长专业发展理论和成人培训理论的指导下，对能完成特定目标和内容而设计的相对稳定且简明的培训过程组织方式的简要表述。

三、校长培训模式的价值取向分析

从操作层面看，主要可归纳为三种取向：一是以思维变革为指向的理性价值取向；二是以问题解决为指向的工具性价值取向；三是以人格完善为指向的人本性价值取向。

Abstract：Different from ordinary adult training mode，schoolmaster training mode embodies the unity of values orientation and operation which is characteristic of hierarchy，diversity and transference．Based on the clear training values orientation，formulation and implementation of regional schoolmaster training standards should be highly emphasized．We should set up hierarchical educational management curriculum system and thus build training mode guided by systematic thoughts．
