新加坡中小学校长培训的实践及启示

摘要：新加坡的学校领导培训实践不断发展与完善，自1984年至今，新加坡主要有两大校长培训项目，即教育管理文凭(DEA)和教育领导者计划(LEP )。新加坡校长培训项目的主要特色及其对我国校长培训的启示为:强调合作学习，共同创造知识;重视构建愿景、规划未来以及构建完善的保障机制。

总结：1、自1984年至今，新加坡主要有两大学校领导发展项目，即教育管理文凭(Diploma in Educational Administration简称DEA)和教育领导者计划(Leaders in Education Program简称LEP)。

2、DEA项目在1984年至2000年间实行，是一个为期一学年的全日制校长培训项目，旨在培训那些经过挑选的有望晋升为校长职务的中小学副校长。主要采用结构性的全系统师徒制或称辅导制培训模式，并将师徒制与国家教育学院培训教师的正式教学相结合。

3、教育领导者计划（LEP）是由国家教育学院和教育部联合举办。教育领导者计划是一个为期六个月的全日制校长培训项目，旨在培训经过特殊挑选的副校长和教育部职员，使他们为从事校长工作做好准备。

4、新加坡学校领导培训项目颇具特色，其中一些好的做法能为我国的校长培训工作带来诸多启示与借鉴。

（2）重视构建愿景，规划未来。

（3）构建完善的保障机制。

Practice and Enlightenment of School Principals' 'Training Program in Singapore

Abstract: The practice of school leadership training in Singapore is developing continually. Singapore has two main principal training program from 1984, that is, Diploma in Education Administration (DEA) and the Leaders in Education Program (LEP). The main features of principal training programs in Singapore and our inspiration for the principal training is that emphasis on cooperative learning, work together to create knowledge; attention to building the vision, planning for the future and build a sound protection mechanism.
