课程管理与课程领导的甄别

摘要:课程管理与课程领导产生于不一样的时代背景,当前学术界对两者的涵义界定有些模糊,在两者的关系上更是见仁见智,因此我们有必要对两者进行甄别,以能够在课程改革实践中,最大化地发挥各自的优势、避免会产生弊端的地方。笔者从课程管理与课程领导的产生以及涵义出发,最后聚集到两者的关系。两者有差别,但它们也是相辅相成的,各有其重叠及强调的重点与价值。

Abstract: Course management and curriculum leadership arises from a different background, the current academic definition of the meaning of this two is somewhat obscure, the relationship between the two is more a matter of opinion, so screening is necessary. The author started from the connotation of course management and curriculum leadership, and finally gathered in their relationship. They are different, but they are also complementary, each with its overlapping, emphasis and value.
