课程管理与课程领导辨析

---兼与靳玉乐先生商榷

摘要：课程管理与课程领导是两个产生于不同时代背景下的概念,其内涵并无本质差异,只是强调的侧重点有所不同。课程领导属于课程管理范畴,是课程管理的重要职能。应深入辨析两个概念的产生、涵义、关系,以澄清围绕这两个概念及其相关理论的一些模糊认识。

总结：第一部分介绍了课程管理与课程领导概念产生的背景。课程管理与课程领导两个概念的产生有着先后顺序,课程管理的概念是从传统的教学管理理论中演化而来,课程领导则是在课程改革与反思的背景下应运而生,课程管理概念先于课程领导而存在。

第二部分介绍了课程管理与课程领导的涵义。

第三部分介绍了课程管理与课程领导的关系。课程管理包括了课程领导,课程领导是课程管理下的一个子概念或下位概念;在具体的实施中,课程管理与课程领导则各有侧重点。课程管理与课程领导是相互联系而不是相互对立的范畴,课程领导是对课程管理理论研究的拓展与丰富。

Analysis on Curriculum Management and Curriculum Leadership

Abstract: Curriculum management and curriculum leadership are the two concepts under different era backgrounds. There are no essential difference in connotation, but with different emphasis. Curriculum leadership belongs to the category of curriculum management, which is the important function of curriculum management. We should deeply analyze the generation, connotation and relationship of the two concepts so as to clarify some vague cognition around the two concepts and related theories.
