    摘要：近年来，我国对素质教育越来越重视，学生的全而发展关系着我国未来综合实力的发展。尽管体育较之文化教育还没得到全社会的普遍重视，但随着我国综合国力的提升，体育教育也不容忽视。文章着重分析中学体育学校班级管理存在的问题与对策，通过分析体育学校普遍存在的班级管理弊端，并针对具体问题研究解决办法。

关键词：体育学校；班级管理；问题与对策；模式创新

总结：1、中学体育学校班级管理存在的问题：

（1）班级管理观念落后，忽视对学生体育素质的提高；

（2）班级管理模式陈旧，缺少对学生体育学习兴趣的培养；

（3）班级管理方式传统，教师综合能力欠缺；

2、中学体育学校班级管理对策：

（1）改变传统的班级管理观念，重视体育素质的教育和学生的全面发展；

（2）多种形式的管理模式，激发学生学习兴趣；

（3）提高体育教师的综合能力，创新体育学校管理方式；

（4）加强体育精神宣传，构建良好的班级体育文化。
