教学机智的内涵及其运用

摘要:教学机智是教师在具体的教学情境中表现出来的教育智慧,它是教师的教学理论与教学实践结合的中介,是教师创造性的集中体现,也是教师多年实践经验的总结,是现代高素质教师一种必不可少的素质。文章阐述了培养教学机智的内涵,并提出教师应分清课堂偶发事件的类型,掌握教学机智的类型,采用因势利导、随机应变、掌握分寸、对症下药等方式灵活运用教学机智,以期能帮助教师提高自身的专业发展水平。

总结:第一部分讲述了教学机智的内涵。教学机智是教师面临复杂教学情况所表现的一种敏感、迅速、准确的判断能力。具有实践性、技巧性、创造性、实效性的特点。
第二部分论述了教学机智在课堂教学中的运用。教学机智在课堂教学中的运用主要体现在对课堂偶发事件的处理上。一般而言,课堂偶发事件有两类:课堂教学失误和课堂意外事件,教师在教学过程中要根据偶发事件的类型区别对待。教学机智有如下类型:处理教学失误的机智,处理学生失当行为的机智,处理教学环境突变的机智和处理学生意外回答的机智。教学机智的运用策略包括:因势利导、随机应变、掌握分寸、对症下药。
Connotation and Application of Teaching Wit

Abstract: Teaching wit is presented by teachers in their specific teaching settings, which is the combination of teaching theory and teaching practice. It embodies teachers’ creativity and generalization o f their profound teaching experience, which is indispensable quality of modern excellent teachers. This paper illustrates the connotation and types o f teaching wisdom, and lists some wisdom such as judicious guidance, changing with occasions, grasping discretion, listing good therapies, in order to help teachers improve their professional development .
